Offals
Offal or variety meats refers to the internal organs and entrails of a butchered animal.
The possibilities of presentation and packing of our products are multiple and they vary depending on our client's necessities. It can be packed in a modified atmosphere tray, or in a vacuum-sealed bag or tray. It can also be frozen in boxes, Poly Bloc or box for wholesalers.
